Good, uplifting conversation. This session was not so much a class as it was an interview with the guest instructor. It was more of a discussion of the powerful effect healing energy has been for the instructors and not so much of how to get to that effect.

Passion for Essential Oils. Wonderful information for those beginning to use essential oils! A little background which is fascinating, how they are produced and basic oils to start with and what they do. She provided examples of her personal experience and those of her clients. I'm just starting out using them, so it was very helpful to me, but I'm sure others would find new information they don't know yet. Loved it!
